Catering Tender Opportunity at Moat Brae

Open from: 3rd November 2017
Closing Date: 5pm, Wednesday 22 November 2017

The Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced catering operators to provide a visitor and events catering service at the National Centre for Children’s Literature and Storytelling, Moat Brae House, Dumfries.

The Trust is keen to engage with a catering partner who is passionate in supporting a local and sustainable food offer and who will develop and deliver a high quality and innovative catering service at the visitor café and for a variety of event types within the house and grounds.

The building project will complete towards the end of 2018 and the catering contract is anticipated to be awarded during spring 2018.

The contract will be for a three-year period, with the option to extend for a further two years by agreement.
The café and event catering operation at Moat Brae will support the commercial objectives of the Trust and, as such, a financial return to the Trust will be negotiated as part of the contract.
