Nana’s Kennel for Moat Brae

Thank you so much to the wonderful people at Theatre by the Lake in Keswick who have donated Nana’s Kennel to the Birthplace of Peter Pan…
You’ll be able to see it at Moat Brae when we hold our next Open Days (see our Events Calendar for details).

Theatre by the Lake ‘s Christmas 2014 production of Peter Pan was a huge success and many Friends of Moat Brae enjoyed the magical performances. The Kennel is a beautiful stage prop from the production. We were also delighted to be invited to visit the Friends of Theatre by the Lake in January when our Project Director Cathy Agnew gave a talk about our project to a very enthusiastic and interested audience.

Here PPMBT Trustee Stuart Thomson collects Nana’s Kennel from the Lake District before driving across the Border to Dumfries. Thanks to TBTL’s Technical Manager Andrew Lindsay who organised this donation and Stage Technician Lee Bryce for helping to load the Kennel.

Be part of the adventure at JM Barrie’s ‘enchanted land’ and help us to inspire TEXT ‘MOAT01 £3’ to 70070 to donate now.
