The HND Art Students from Dumfries & Galloway College took over the historic house at Moat Brae for their final year exhibition. This is the second year running when the partially-renovated Georgian building has been able to provide inspiration and challenges to the students who have excelled in using the bare walls and hidden spaces to interpret their work.
The event is running for three days, following a private view on Friday 3rd June 2016 and is open to anyone to drop in between 10am – 4pm. The Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust is delighted to see this exciting work displayed at Moat Brae and it’s always fascinating to see the conversation between the work and the building when young, enthusiastic and creative imagination is given the freedom to express itself.
Well done to all the students and their supportive team of lecturers and staff. Also credit to Galina Walls Photography for some great images and to Purple Box Productions for the video archive.
